GU Series, Indutherm
GU 3000
Granulating Systems
For the production of granules we can offer you two different systems. If you want to produce granules only occasionally, the additional equipment of a vacuum pressure (VC) or a vacuum-continuous casting machine (V-CC) with a granulating tank is a good alternative. For a frequent or permanent production of granules our GU series granulating machines will be the first choice. These machines are developed especially for granulating of metal bullions into proper grains. They are used with a separate removable granulation tank (no tank integrated) and are available with crucible sizes from 170 ccm up to 12000 ccm. The major applications are : – Preparation of alloys out of gold and master alloy… – Preparation of alloy components… – Preparation of alloys from components… – Cleaning up of already casted metal… …under inert gas atmosphere or under vacuum

Alloys for gold, Master alloys
A182NM
All-purpose pre-master alloy for 585-750‰ (14-18 Kt) yellow gold
A182NM is a pre-master alloy for 585-750‰ (14-18 Kt) yellow gold jewelry, designed for lost-wax casting in closed systems. This alloy can also be used for mechanical working processes in general.
The color of 750‰ gold made using A182NM complies with the 2N yellow color definition according to the UNI EN 28654 standard. A182NM can also be used in the production of 585‰ gold, where it results in a green yellow hue.
The hardness of 750‰ gold alloyed with A182NM can be increased by means of a heat treatment.
The absence of zinc in A182NM guarantees zero metal loss from evaporation during processing. It makes it also successfully used in fire-enamelling processes.
A182NM has a minimum level of deoxidizers; this makes it suitable for casting in closed systems. While liquid, the metal is perfectly clean and leaves no residues in the crucible after pouring.
A182NM offers excellent fluidity in casting; it has extremely high shininess and lustrous color after finishing.SKU: n/a -
B9 Core 550, B9 Creation 3D Printer
B9 Core 550
The 3D printer leading in speed, simplicity, and value.
Engineered to bring you unmatched precision & surface finish.
Available in two configurations, the B9 Core Series is a professional 3D printing solution designed to suit a multitude of applications including jewelry, rapid prototyping, manufacturing, industrial design and engineering, and more. The B9 Core Series 3D printers can print at exceptional speeds without sacrificing print resolution and surface quality.
For custom productions, the B9 Core 530 has an average build speed ranging between 40-120+ mm per hour. For large-scale manufacturing, the B9 Core 550 comes with a larger build envelope and has average build speeds ranging between 25-100+ mm per hour for the full envelope. The exceptional speed of the B9 Core Series allows users to print hundreds of models in a typical 8-10 hour work day. Now you can design, print, and cast in the same day.SKU: n/a -
Indutherm, MC Series
MC 100 V
Award-winning vibration technology – unique in its class
The high demand for our MC 15+ and VTC 200 V high-temperature tilting casting machines motivated us to develop the MC 100 V: a number of users wanted the compactness of the MC 15+, but needed greater capacity – not so much, however, as the VTC 200 V offers. We have filled this gap with the new MC 100 V, by developing a small, hi-tech machine that combines the best of both models: it builds on the space- saving design and ingenious pivoting mechanism of the small MC 15+, while offering a wide range of the highlights from the much larger VTC machine. Latest generation generators The MC 100 V is equipped with a latest generation induction generator, developed especially for this housing design and with high operating efficiency. Convenient, high precision control is provided via a new opera- ting system, with an LCD display, full text display and program control. Award-winning vibration technology – unique in its class For the first time, our multi-award winning and patent-pending vibration system is now available in a compact casting machine. Using vibration when casting ensures better form filling, creating casts with greater, more consistent densities, higher elasticity and greatly reduced porosity. Vibration technology is a compelling alternative to the frequently used and relatively delicate centrifugal systems, especially when casting platinum or palladium.

Finishing
EC6
Table-Top Units
Disc finishing machines are designed for quick and effective surface treatment of jewellery workpieces and components made from plastic or metal. Processing time is determined by the centrifugal force, which is created by rotating movement of the bottom disc. Bottom disc puts the media and workpieces into spiral movement. Curved shape of the working bowl eliminates impingement and provides efficient media flow in the working bowl. It also results in shortening of the process time. Processing times in disc finishing machines are several times shorter than in vibratory machines and up to 20 times shorter than in rotary tumblers. Disc finishing machines find multiple applications in the jewellery industry. They make it possible to treat the surface of workpieces right after casting or stamping up to the polishing stage. Disc finishing machines are suitable for deburring, grinding, tarnishing or degreasing. Applied dosing system and emptying of working bowl facilitate often cycle changes, what significantly increases efficiency of the process. Our machines are also available as combined versions (e.g. Wet+Wet, Wet+Dry). Disc finishing machines are suitable for wet and dry processing. Wet processing is supported by chemical compounds, which increase slide properties and accelerate grinding process. In dry process the walnut media are pre-impregnated with grinding or polishing paste and the media is cooled down by means of air blower, which is integrated in the machine.
