VC460V
NEW
The VC460V is an induction heated vacuum overpressure casting machine developed for working in graphite crucibles. The VC460V is equipped with novel technology to cast filigree and precise pieces. Low frequency generator ensures excellent mixing of liquid metal.
The VC460V is engineered for continuous and efficient operation by its robust design and fully automatic operation mode. Modular systems guarantees low running costs, easy maintenance and service. Within several options the machine can be even more customized to customer needs. Besides of casting into filigree molds, the machine could be also used for granulation, bar casting and diffusion bonding.
VC680V
VC 680 V vacuum die casting system with innovative recharging system
The absolute “state of the art” system: the new VC 680 V ensures maximum efficiency with its technological standard – through maximum speed and casting quality.
The VC 680 V vacuum die casting system offers maximum efficiency thanks to its new filling system.
Thanks to the innovative filling system, the melting chamber no longer needs to be opened to refill the next batch of metal. A metal sensor automatically reports when material is missing from the feeder and needs to be refilled.
The advantages:
lower personnel costs
more consistent casting quality
higher process stability, less rejects
optimized overlapping casting
up to 20 watering cycles per hour
high energy efficiency
longer service life of consumables
minimized metal losses
Refill without pressure loss
lower personnel costs
The VC 680 V is also available as an HTC version with a maximum temperature of 2,000° C.
VC650V
The fully automatic VC casting systems
The VC 650 V impresses with its very high speed and casting quality. High crucible capacities, a sweep mode vibration system and an overpressure of up to 3 bar are the essential features that make this machine ideal for large productions.
VC 500 LCD
The semi-automatic VC version
For larger production volumes with constant casting operations, the much higher performance (shorter casting cycles) and the even larger crucible and flask capacity (option: flasks up to 160 mm ø/400 mm H) are worthwhile. The high maximum temperature of 1,600° C allows an expanded range of alloys; temperature measurements in crucibles and cuvettes ensure high repeatability. 20 temperature programs make work easier with frequently changing alloys.
VC480V
Vibration technology now also in the middle class: the inexpensive, fully automatic casting system VC 480 V
With INDUTHERM vibration system for optimized mold filling and castings with lowest porosity, finest structure and best further processing properties. 8 kW induction generator, cuvette chamber with adjustable vacuum. Crucible volume max. 170 ccm = 2.5 kg Au 18 ct Cuvette size Ø 130 mm x H 260 mm Temp. max. 1,600° C
With new program control
The program control with 100 casting programs guarantees high ease of use and precisely reproducible casting results. A total of 80 casting cycles are pre-programmed for all common alloys, e.g. AGS, Alpha Plus, Heraeus, Legor, Pandora. What this means for you in practice: perfect casting results from the first cuvette onwards instead of costly test castings.
Turbulence Reduction Software
A newly developed control software for low-turbulence metal flow.
Vibration technology
The use of vibration technology ensures the decisive quality advantage: Independent metallurgical studies prove:
Vibration improves the material flow and thus mold filling, especially with difficult shapes.
The castings have a higher and more uniform density – for all alloys and shapes tested.
Porosity is significantly reduced.
Reduced risk of breakages (hot cracks)
50% smaller grain sizes
Cast parts are therefore much easier to process and offer higher tension and more elasticity.
In practice this means:
Higher and more consistent quality, less scrap, less post-processing, more options for further processing.
VC450
The fully automatic VC casting system
The VC 450 was developed on the proven basis of the VC 400, but is equipped with a completely new generator and control system. Each individual casting parameter such as melting time, temperature, pressure, etc. can be precisely set using a comfortable control unit with an LCD display and saved for recurring castings. This ensures and documents constant casting quality – particularly important for certified production processes.
The precise operator guidance and numerous automatic functions make the VC 450 absolutely easy and safe to use, even for less experienced casters.
This system is also optionally available with the INDUTHERM vibration system (VC 450 V).
This machine is ideal for:
Casting jewelry and other small parts
for continuous use
for certified production processes
VC400
The semi-automatic VC version
The ideal machine for smaller companies with not very large production quantities, but which still offers significantly more capacity than the MC machines. Experienced casters often do not attach great importance to automatic functions or program controls and generally achieve the same quality with the VC 400 as with more sophisticated systems.
Its induction generator ensures rapid heating and thorough mixing of the molten metal through inductive bath movement. In addition to the Turbo Pressure function, the VC 400 and VC 500 have an automatic switchover to overpressure after pouring.
MC60V
Mini vacuum pressure casting unit MC60V
The MC 60 V table casting system for gold, silver, copper…
This small, high-performance casting system is ideal for smaller production volumes and can be used for jewelry alloys such as gold, silver, copper, bronze, etc., but also for brass or aluminum alloys.
Now with program control and full text LCD display
Now with vibration system for optimal mold filling
Easy to use and short training period
Connection to a normal 230V socket
Automated pouring process for repeatable results
Strong metal mixing = homogeneous melt
Melting under vacuum or inert gas to prevent oxidation
Quick and easy watering
The entire casting process can be carried out easily, quickly and safely, even without much prior knowledge of casting technology:
In the investment system, the investment material is correctly dosed and mixed under vacuum without any bubbles. The cuvette with the wax model is also filled with the investment material under vacuum. Vibration also eliminates any air pockets. The wax is removed in the kiln and the mold is burned out.
For small series and for individual castings
In addition to small series production, “quick casting” is also possible in between, e.g. B. design or trade fair models or the quick production of semi-finished products is an important aspect.
The small space requirement also allows it to be used in studios or workshops with little space.
Key Benefits
Easy to use, short training period, very good results even without casting experience
Excellent price/performance ratio
3.5 kW induction generator for quickly reaching the melting temperature (maximum temperature 1,300° C)
strong mixing of the material (low-frequency generator tuning)
Melting under vacuum prevents oxide formation
First-class mold filling thanks to inert gas/overpressure function, max. 2 bar
Low operating costs thanks to inexpensive consumables and cuvettes without flanges
Excellent ratio of system size to capacity: cuvettes up to Ø 100 mm x 120 mm H
