A182NM
All-purpose pre-master alloy for 585-750‰ (14-18 Kt) yellow gold
A182NM is a pre-master alloy for 585-750‰ (14-18 Kt) yellow gold jewelry, designed for lost-wax casting in closed systems. This alloy can also be used for mechanical working processes in general.
The color of 750‰ gold made using A182NM complies with the 2N yellow color definition according to the UNI EN 28654 standard. A182NM can also be used in the production of 585‰ gold, where it results in a green yellow hue.
The hardness of 750‰ gold alloyed with A182NM can be increased by means of a heat treatment.
The absence of zinc in A182NM guarantees zero metal loss from evaporation during processing. It makes it also successfully used in fire-enamelling processes.
A182NM has a minimum level of deoxidizers; this makes it suitable for casting in closed systems. While liquid, the metal is perfectly clean and leaves no residues in the crucible after pouring.
A182NM offers excellent fluidity in casting; it has extremely high shininess and lustrous color after finishing.

MC 16
A compact casting system for small studios, with which high-quality casts can be made economically.
Suitable for all metals The 3.5 kW induction heating means that the material melts extremely rapidly in an atmosphere without oxidation. All metals – also platinum and steel – can be cast without difficulty. The crucibles are large enough to solve any standard casting task one would find in a studio or atelier with no difficulty at all. The flasks can also accommodate larger or heavier jewellery parts. It is equally possible to melt and cast minimal amounts of metal. The entire process is extremely fast, especially if the goldsmith uses so-called speed investment compounds. This enables rapid response to new models, fulfillment of express orders and the implementation of last-minute ideas, for example before a trade fair. Rapid and simple casting The whole process of casting can be carried out simply, quickly and safely without any real prior technical knowledge of casting. In the investment machine the gipsum gets mixed under vacuum – correctly dosed and air bubble free. The flask with the wax model gets filled under vacuum, too. Vibration during filling eliminates air inclusions. The wax is molten off in the furnace and the mould is burnt out. MC 16, the new MC series basic model • NEW: Run of process with controller • NEW: LCD-display with all program data (20 programs) • For graphite and for ceramic crucibles, temperature up to 2000° C • Very easy to use, short training period • Perfectly suited for small castings and small series • 3.5 KW induction generator for fast heating • Even for the casting of steel and platinum After pouring, the MC series automatically switch to overpressure in order to optimise the mould filling even for delicate parts. Alternatively it is also possible to keep the vacuum.

MC 100 V
Award-winning vibration technology – unique in its class
The high demand for our MC 15+ and VTC 200 V high-temperature tilting casting machines motivated us to develop the MC 100 V: a number of users wanted the compactness of the MC 15+, but needed greater capacity – not so much, however, as the VTC 200 V offers. We have filled this gap with the new MC 100 V, by developing a small, hi-tech machine that combines the best of both models: it builds on the space- saving design and ingenious pivoting mechanism of the small MC 15+, while offering a wide range of the highlights from the much larger VTC machine. Latest generation generators The MC 100 V is equipped with a latest generation induction generator, developed especially for this housing design and with high operating efficiency. Convenient, high precision control is provided via a new opera- ting system, with an LCD display, full text display and program control. Award-winning vibration technology – unique in its class For the first time, our multi-award winning and patent-pending vibration system is now available in a compact casting machine. Using vibration when casting ensures better form filling, creating casts with greater, more consistent densities, higher elasticity and greatly reduced porosity. Vibration technology is a compelling alternative to the frequently used and relatively delicate centrifugal systems, especially when casting platinum or palladium.

EC6
Table-Top Units
Disc finishing machines are designed for quick and effective surface treatment of jewellery workpieces and components made from plastic or metal. Processing time is determined by the centrifugal force, which is created by rotating movement of the bottom disc. Bottom disc puts the media and workpieces into spiral movement. Curved shape of the working bowl eliminates impingement and provides efficient media flow in the working bowl. It also results in shortening of the process time. Processing times in disc finishing machines are several times shorter than in vibratory machines and up to 20 times shorter than in rotary tumblers. Disc finishing machines find multiple applications in the jewellery industry. They make it possible to treat the surface of workpieces right after casting or stamping up to the polishing stage. Disc finishing machines are suitable for deburring, grinding, tarnishing or degreasing. Applied dosing system and emptying of working bowl facilitate often cycle changes, what significantly increases efficiency of the process. Our machines are also available as combined versions (e.g. Wet+Wet, Wet+Dry). Disc finishing machines are suitable for wet and dry processing. Wet processing is supported by chemical compounds, which increase slide properties and accelerate grinding process. In dry process the walnut media are pre-impregnated with grinding or polishing paste and the media is cooled down by means of air blower, which is integrated in the machine.

Atomiser
Powder particle size for every request
The Indutherm atomisation plants have been particularly designed for the flexible and economic production of small-scale metal powder batches. Traditional large-scale production plants cannot provide this economic advantage. Frequently changing alloys in production require high cleaning efforts to avoid cross contamination. Particularly in R&D or precious metal powder applications small amounts of various kinds of powder are frequently required, often also new types of alloy powder not available on the market. Especially fast developing applications like SLM and MIM require more and more specialised metal powder.
C14VN
Master alloy for casting of 585‰ (14 Kt) yellow gold
C14VN is an Ultracast master alloy for 585‰ (14 Kt) yellow gold jewelry, designed for lost-wax casting in closed and open systems.
C14VN is particularly suitable for stone-in-place casting.
The color of 585‰ gold made using C14VN shows a light yellow hue.
The hardness of 585‰ gold alloyed with C14VN can be greatly increased by means of a heat treatment.
C14VN has a high level of deoxidizers; this makes it suitable for casting in closed and open systems. During melting it is clean from dirt and leaves minimum residue in the crucible.
C14VN offers excellent fluidity in casting; the as-cast tree is clean from oxide scales; it has extremely high shininess and lustrous color after finishing.
VC400
The semi-automatic VC version
The ideal machine for smaller companies with not very large production quantities, but which still offers significantly more capacity than the MC machines. Experienced casters often do not attach great importance to automatic functions or program controls and generally achieve the same quality with the VC 400 as with more sophisticated systems.
Its induction generator ensures rapid heating and thorough mixing of the molten metal through inductive bath movement. In addition to the Turbo Pressure function, the VC 400 and VC 500 have an automatic switchover to overpressure after pouring.
